it's a site run by some college students, where you can bet on just about any real-life sporting event, using money given to you by the advertisers on the site. they only give you 10 cents to start, so its mostly for entertainment purposes.....
but, if you do happen to run it up to $20, you can cash out for real cash. i just started playing, and it amuses me so far. if you lose your initial 10 cents, they give you another 10 cents to play with.....
